NEON is a one-year classroom program for students in the 12th standard. This program is designed to help students excel in their board exams and clear IIT-JEE on their first attempt.

We ensure students understand the basics thoroughly, enabling them to perform well academically and solve complex problems using these fundamentals. The primary focus of Neon is to build strong foundational concepts that will benefit students throughout their lives.

Important Points:

• Present rate of GST is 18%.

The level of the X-standard is very easy compared to the challenges students face in engineering entrance exams. • After 45 days of class commencement: 2 Installments deducted, remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.

Important Notes

2. Refunds are processed within 15 working days of receiving a written refund request.

Fee Payment Methods

2. Cheque: Cheque should be in favour of 'SHIKHAR NEET DIVISION' payable at GWALIOR. Please mention your name, class and mobile number on the backside of your cheque.

Fee Refund Rules

• On or before 2 weeks from class commencement: Registration Fee (₹10,000) deducted, remaining amount will be refunded.
• After 2 weeks but before 45 days of class commencement: 1st Installment Deducted, remaining amount will be refunded.
• After 45 days of class commencement: 2nd Installments Deducted, remaining amount will be refunded.

Note:

1. Admission Fee (10,000/-) is non-refundable in any case
2. No refund request will be entertained after the third installment due date (5th August).
3. No. of days will be calculated from the date of course commencement. It will not be calculated from the date when student has joined the course.

Process for Fee Refund:

If a student wants to leave the institute and opts for fee refund; he/she should follow the under mentioned steps:

• Collect the application form of fee refund from institute's fee counter and fill it completely.
• Submit the filled-in refund application along with attachments (Original Fee Receipt(s), Original Identity Card, Cancelled Cheque
• We issue the fee refund only by Cheque to the Account Holder Name provided in the Application Form.
• The fee refund transfer shall be done within 3-5 working days from the refund application.
• If the student/parents face any problem in the process of course fee refund, Centre Manager can be approached personally through office.
• The student/parents should understand that fee refund is a part of institute's policy and we follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned above in letter & spirit. However, if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents) after the 'refund dates' are over, the institute shall not entertain it. Moreover, refund requests made verbally/orally or through telephone/e-mail/fax shall also not be entertained.
• The Management of Shikhar reserves the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.

Fee Refund on Disciplinary Grounds:

This is a very special provision regarding fee refund. If a whole Batch/Class or majority of its students are found to be involved in an incident of indiscipline at any point of time during the academic session; the entire Batch/Class or majority of students may be rusticated from the institute. In such a case, the fee refund will be as per the refund rules.

There is a gap between basic information containing high school syllabus and discipline-oriented senior secondary classes. If a student fails to appear in the exam, he will not be eligible to seek admission in Shikhar.
