Selection Procedure: The selection of students for our course will be based on their performance in the NEON Entrance Exam conducted by Shikhar Coaching Classes. Only students who qualify in our entrance exam and meet the eligibility criteria will be admitted. Please note that we will form a single batch, and admission is purely based on the performance in the admission test. If a student fails to appear for the exam, they will not be eligible for admission to Shikhar.

Entrance Eligibility: Minimum 70% Marks (or A grade) in Science and Biology in Class XI.

Entrance Test Date: Last Week of Dec. (Off-Line mode only) & First week of April.

How to Enroll: Interested students may follow any of these two ways to enroll: Online or Offline.

Offline: Interested students may get a registration form (worth Rs. 500) and admit card for the test from our Office at Shikhar, Indra complex, Chetakpuri, Gwalior.

Online: Students willing to register online may apply for this course through the button given below. Fee structure provided below is only for students registered in the 2027-28 batch.

FEE STRUCTURE FOR NEON NEET (2027-28)

IMPORTANT POINTS:

• Present rate of GST is 18%,
• Any increase in rate of GST Tax during the course period, will be borne by the students.
• Registration Fee of Rs. 10,000 is non-refundable.
• Lum-Sum Fees for single installment is Rs. 1,20,000 (including GST) only For Neon Neet batch.

Installment Schedule:

• 1st Installment: Due Date: Admission Time (Rs. 50,000)
• 2nd Installment: Due Date: 5th June 2027 (Rs. 40,000)
• 3rd Installment: Due Date: 5th Aug 2027 (Rs. 40,000)

Fee Payment Methods

1. Offline Payment: You can submit the fees offline in our city branch located at Meena Complex, Vijay Nagar, Chetakpuri Gwalior (MP) - 474002

2. Cheque: Cheque should be in favour of 'SHIKHAR NEET DIVISION' payable at GWALIOR. Please mention your name, class and mobile number on the backside of your cheque.

Fee Refund Rules

• On or before 2 weeks from class commencement: Registration Fee (₹10,000) deducted, remaining amount will be refunded.
• After 2 weeks but before 45 days of class commencement: 1st Installment Deducted, remaining amount will be refunded.
• After 45 days of class commencement: 2nd Installments Deducted, remaining amount will be refunded.

Note:

1. Admission Fee (10,000/-) is non-refundable in any case
2. No refund request will be entertained after the third installment due date (5th August).
3. No. of days will be calculated from the date of course commencement. It will not be calculated from the date when student has joined the course.

Process for Fee Refund:

If a student wants to leave the institute and opts for fee refund; he/she should follow the under mentioned steps:

• Collect the application form of fee refund from institute's fee counter and fill it completely.
• Submit the filled-in refund application along with attachments (Original Fee Receipt(s), Original Identity Card, Cancelled Cheque
• We issue the fee refund only by Cheque to the Account Holder Name provided in the Application Form.
• The fee refund transfer shall be done within 3-5 working days from the refund application.
• If the student/parents face any problem in the process of course fee refund, Centre Manager can be approached personally through office.
• The student/parents should understand that fee refund is a part of institute's policy and we follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned above in letter & spirit. However, if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents) after the 'refund dates' are over, the institute shall not entertain it. Moreover, refund requests made verbally/orally or through telephone/e-mail/fax shall also not be entertained.
• The Management of Shikhar reserves the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.

Fee Refund on Disciplinary Grounds:

This is a very special provision regarding fee refund. If a whole Batch/Class or majority of its students are found to be involved in an incident of indiscipline at any point of time during the academic session; the entire Batch/Class or majority of students may be rusticated from the institute. In such a case, the fee refund will be as per the refund rules.
